Role Description

This role is a fantastic opportunity for those who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service in the airline industry.

Deliver exceptional customer service to airline passengers in Italian.
Assist customers with inquiries about bookings, cancellations, and general travel concerns.
Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
Communicate flight updates, policies, and relevant information clearly to customers.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about airline services and industry news to offer knowledgeable assistance.

Qualifications

Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is required.
Previous experience in customer service, especially within the airline or travel sector, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
Able to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic remote work environment.
Knowledge of airline booking systems and customer management software is advantageous.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
