Role Description
This position allows you to contribute to a greener future while delivering exceptional service to customers who care about sustainable products.
- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding eco-friendly products.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product specifications, and order management through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's eco-friendly products and initiatives.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mentality.
- Comfortable using customer service software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural experience.
