Role Description
This role involves providing administrative support to mental health practitioners, ensuring their practices run smoothly while they focus on clinical work.
- Act as the first point of contact for vulnerable clients and their families.
- Handle telephone, email, and text messages from patients seeking psychotherapy/psychology, psychiatry, and prescriptions.
- Maintain phone line etiquette and provide prompt, accurate email responses.
- Complete psychiatric transcriptions weekly, submitted within 72 hours of receipt.
- Provide ad-hoc coverage for holiday and sick leave as needed.
- Participate in online training conducted through Zoom.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the medical sector (preferably).
- Technically savvy with the ability to use different cloud-based systems.
- Minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute (this will be tested).
- Home-office setup with fast internet connection, computer with good audio, and a private, quiet space.
- Loyalty and commitment to long-term employment and group expansion.
Requirements
- Ability to work from any country with a time zone difference within two hours of the UK.
- Professional, discreet, and warm demeanor.
- Exceptional attention to detail and diligence.
