Role Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Support (m/w/d) English speaker for our center in Thessaloniki.
- Customer service via mail, live chat, and phone
- Identifying customer demands and introducing the product range
- Troubleshooting, offering technical support
- Providing information on contractual terms, invoices, and cancellation terms
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparation and follow-up of calls
Qualifications
- Native in speaking English
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Sales or Telemarketing experience preferable, entry level welcome
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Target driven personality, friendly and communicative
- Willing to work night shifts and weekends
