Role Description

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients in the luxury sector. As a key member of our support team, you will assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and care.

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
Assist customers with inquiries about luxury products and services.
Resolve customer complaints with discretion and professionalism.
Educate customers on product features and assist them in making informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
Collaborate with team members to elevate the customer experience and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service, particularly in the luxury retail sector, is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
A passion for luxury brands and an understanding of luxury market trends.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is a plus.
