Role Description
Für unseren Standort Avedo Antalya suchen wir dich als Kundenberater Touristikbereich (m/w/d) Inbound Sales in Teilzeit / Vollzeit.
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung (im Inbound)
- Verkaufsfördernde Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Urlaubsplanung
- Beratung zu Produkten des Auftraggebers
- Zufriedene Kunden, die gern wieder anrufen
- Sach- und Nachbereitung der Telefonate
Qualifications
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
- Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Tourismus und Verkauf von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Servicementalität und Kundenorientierung
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
