- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns

- Participate in training and development initiatives for professional growth
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a desire to work in the industry
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong ability to multitask and handle busy situations
