Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a Dutch Speaking Customer Care representative for our Online Retail Department located in Greece.
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and other retail-related issues
- Resolve customer complaints and offer effective solutions
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery
- Engage in training sessions to build your product knowledge and service skills
- Stay informed about the latest company products and promotions
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to provide excellent customer service underpinned by a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Open to exploring a career in the online retail sector
