Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals passionate about cybersecurity and eager to provide clients with leading solutions to enhance their online security.
- Assist Italian-speaking clients by identifying their online security needs and recommending tailored software solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ existing security frameworks and provide expert recommendations for improvement.
- Deliver training sessions to clients to ensure they can effectively utilize the security software available.
- Analyze the performance of security solutions and provide insightful feedback to help optimize security measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless integration of security solutions for clients.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing any concerns to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the cybersecurity landscape to provide informed solutions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English, with outstanding communication skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related area, specifically focusing on online security software.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and various mitigation strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client needs and formulate effective security solutions.
- Ability to present complex security concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and security software platforms.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to client engagement and relationship management.
