Role Description
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about finance and technology and enjoy providing outstanding customer service to help clients navigate their mobile banking experience.
- Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transaction issues, app functionality, and service features.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a seamless banking experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and address complex service-related queries.
- Educate customers about mobile banking security measures, new features, and banking regulations.
- Collect feedback from clients to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support or service roles, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
