Role Description
This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional support and guidance on a variety of electronic products.
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, specifically related to consumer electronics.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting issues effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Educate customers about product features, usage, and care to help them maximize their purchase.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in consumer electronics, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Passion for technology and knowledge of consumer electronics is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
