- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients, addressing their automotive inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding automotive products and options.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Stay well-informed about automotive products, industry trends, and services to offer valuable insights to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for effective follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English is a must; proficiency in additional languages will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting, particularly in the automotive field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and its products.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time efficiently.
