Role Description
This role involves helping clients in the German-speaking market transform their digital strategies and enhance their operations.
- Consult with clients to identify their digital needs and propose effective, customized solutions.
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of digital offerings to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement digital strategies that satisfy client requirements.
- Analyze client feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement of our solutions.
- Provide post-implementation training and support to ensure optimal client satisfaction and technology utilization.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital solutions and technologies relevant to the German-speaking markets.
- Assist in preparing detailed project proposals and documentation that reflect client objectives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in a consulting role focused on digital solutions is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively and derive important insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for productive client interactions.
- A degree in technology, IT, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being part of a cohesive team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
