Role Description

This role is perfect for those who are passionate about entertainment and customer engagement. As a part of our dynamic team, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to their streaming subscriptions, content availability, and technical support, ensuring they have a positive and seamless viewing experience.

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking clients.
Assist customers with inquiries about subscriptions, account management, and streaming content.
Resolve technical issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, streaming content, and service updates to better assist customers.

Qualifications

Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service, preferably in the online streaming or entertainment sector is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting customer needs.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with online streaming services and technologies is desired.
Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
