Role Description
The core mission of the Sales Operations Analyst is to drive operational excellence by ensuring accurate commission processing, optimizing sales processes, and delivering actionable insights through reporting. This role empowers the sales teams with data-driven decision-making, enhances CRM efficiency, and streamlines workflows to impact overall revenue performance.
- Own the end-to-end processing of sales and customer success commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the design and administration of sales compensation plans, including attainment tracking and payout visibility.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and improve sales efficiency, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Assist in optimizing sales processes, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency.
- Ensure HubSpot data integrity, support system enhancements, and work with RevOps and Sales teams to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
- Work closely with sales leadership to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, finance, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct analysis, extract insights, and present complex data in a clear, compelling way.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with a CRM platform: Hubspot (preferred), Salesforce, SAP, Zoho, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization/reporting tools (Tableau) a plus.
