Role Description
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support representative to join our Online Marketplace Platform Department. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, helping customers navigate our platform and ensuring they receive outstanding service. You will assist Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries, complaints and provide guidance on the use of our marketplace. If you are fluent in Dutch and have a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply!
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Educate customers about platform features and functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
