Role Description
This role allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while providing exceptional support to customers utilizing our media streaming services. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will assist users in French with their inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience.
- Provide high-quality customer support in French for media streaming inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by users.
- Guide customers in navigating the features and benefits of the streaming platform.
- Efficiently manage customer complaints and strive for quick resolutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our support management system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues that arise.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and a good command of English are required.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer care.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- A keen interest in media streaming technologies and services is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
