Role Description
Als Sachbearbeiter:in fĂĽr Vertragswesen | Service Contract Manager:in erwarten dich folgende Aufgaben:
- Anlegen und Pflegen der Serviceverträge in SAP und ServiceMax inkl. Anlegen von Wartungsplänen
- Abrechnung der Serviceverträge in SAP und deren Versand
- Kontrolle und Sicherstellen der korrekten Umsatzlegung der Serviceverträge
- Rechnungsstellung – Kundenaufträge/ Reparaturaufträge
- Überprüfen und Abrechnen der Kundenaufträge in SAP und ServiceMax ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Care Center
- Bearbeitung Kundenfragen (intern/extern)
- Beantworten von Kundenfragen zu Rechnungen und Serviceverträgen
- Unterstützung div. Stakeholder bei Fragen zu Serviceverträgen
Qualifications
- Eine min. 3-jährige kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau abgeschlossen.
- 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung wären wünschenswert.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP wären wünschenswert.
- mind. Englisch B2
