Role Description

  • Releasing blocked opportunities in Sales Force
  • Screening and Approve Contract in Sales Force
  • Review, Screen and Approve Sample Shipment per compliance policy
  • Training stakeholders (FAE, Sales, CSR, Procurement, Logistics)
  • Screening and Approve Due Diligence Questionnaire for distributors
  • Conduct Customs Broker / Freight Forwarder program per policy
  • Monitoring country of origin submission
  • Review and Approve Product HS Code classification
  • Weekly country of origin update meeting
  • Verify Customs Monthly Report (Import & Export)
  • Letter of Assurance issue
  • Supporting customer survey
  • Quarterly Anti-boycott Reporting
  • Other jobs assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and get results in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of Windows office required
  • Work with a flexible schedule.
  • Good English communication skills
  • Be honest, positive, active, earnest and careful.
