Join the Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT team as a German Speaking Client Service Consultant for Airlines, working remotely from Greece! In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting them with their airline inquiries and ensuring a delightful travel experience. - Provide assistance to German-speaking clients regarding airline services and travel inquiries.
- Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and handle general travel-related questions effectively.
- Address and resolve client complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure proper documentation of requests.
- Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to assist clients accurately.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or airline sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software effectively.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping others achieve their travel goals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
