Role Description
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a French Speaking Technical Advisor, working remotely within Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our French-speaking clients experiencing issues with our digital services.
- Deliver high-quality technical support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on effectively using our digital platforms and services.
- Document client interactions accurately, including issues reported and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with the support team to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Stay informed about product changes and technical advancements to provide up-to-date assistance.
- Participate in ongoing training to continually develop your technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to explain technical issues clearly.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and online troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- A proactive and eager attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges.
