Role Description
This position is ideal for individuals who are fluent in French and have significant experience in customer service within the banking sector. In this role, you will support French-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries, providing guidance on banking products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction—all from the comfort of your home.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding banking products and services in French.
- Assist clients with account management, transactions, and general banking inquiries.
- Identify and resolve banking service-related issues while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Educate clients about banking policies, procedures, and new service features available.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the service experience and client satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous learning to remain informed about banking regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the banking or financial services industry, is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and banking applications; knowledge of compliance frameworks is a plus.
- Commitment to providing high-quality service and fostering strong client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a remote working environment and flexibility to work as per business needs.
