Role Description

This role is suited for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in health-related inquiries regarding e-cigarette use.

Handle customer inquiries regarding e-cigarettes and health concerns in French.
Provide clear and accurate guidance on product usage and safety information.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Document all interactions with customers in our support system accurately.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and health guidelines regarding e-cigarettes.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Experience in customer support or healthcare-related roles is an advantage.
Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to customers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with e-cigarettes and their health implications is a plus.
Proficiency in using digital customer support tools and software is preferred.
