Role Description

This role offers a unique opportunity for those who are passionate about technology and customer service, providing support to a diverse clientele.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems related to products and services.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece or work remotely from there.
