Role Description
This role entails working closely with French-speaking clients to assist them in optimizing their search engine strategies and enhancing their overall digital marketing efforts. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring clients achieve their online goals, and you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships.
- Conduct personalized consultations with French-speaking clients, focusing on search engine optimization and tailored marketing solutions.
- Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
- Assess client needs and recommend customized strategies to improve their visibility and performance in search engines.
- Educate clients on best practices and features of various search engine tools.
- Document interactions with clients and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and developments in search engine technology.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and familiarity with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and deliver actionable insights to clients.
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their digital marketing objectives.
- Familiarity with relevant digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
