We are looking for enthusiastic individuals fluent in French who have a keen interest in social media and community management. In this role, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content, engaging with the online community, and ensuring that all content complies with our clients’ community standards. - Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or harmful user behavior.
- Monitor user interactions to gather insights that can enhance community engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and refine best practices for effective content moderation.
- Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
