Role Description
This role involves working as a Business Development Specialist with total freedom to work whenever and wherever you like.
- Find & reach out to HR Directors, Talent Acquisition VPs & hiring managers in UK/USA-based tech firms.
- Book & confirm high-quality client meetings every week (2+ is ideal).
- Generate leads that convert into paid recruitment contracts.
- Earn £500 per successful hire from clients you bring in!
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) with great communication skills.
- Confident, proactive & persuasive – great at client outreach!
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation (bonus points if you’ve worked in recruitment!).
- Reliable, self-motivated & driven – you set your own goals!
Requirements
- Earn £15-£25 per completed client meeting.
- Earn £500 per successful hire from the client YOU brought in!
- More deals = more cash! Land big clients, and watch your commissions grow!
