[Hiring] Onboarding Consultant @Offshorly

Role Description

Zunou is a workplace where people and AI agents work as one team. Chat, tasks, notes, tables, calendar, and meeting notes sit in shared rooms, and companies hire AI agents into those rooms as teammates. We are looking for an Onboarding Consultant to guide new companies through that change. You will learn how each customer works and show them where Zunou can help most. You will choose the right tools and agents with them, then set it all up and get it running. You own the customer's first weeks, from the discovery call until their team is working in Zunou every day. This role is with Offshorly, and you will work full-time on Zunou's customers and product. You will report to Zunou's GTM Manager and work Japan business hours (JST).

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

• Running discovery sessions with new customers to understand their teams, workflows, and pain points.
• Recommending where Zunou fits best: which work moves into rooms, tasks and notes, and which jobs suit an AI agent.
• Setting up customer workspaces: rooms, members, task boards, notes, and integrations.
• Hiring and configuring AI agents for customers: writing job descriptions and role instructions, choosing skills, connecting tools, and setting working hours and trust settings.
• Training customer teams, both live and with short written guides, on working day to day alongside their agents.
• Checking in during the first weeks: reviewing how agents are performing, tuning their instructions, and fixing friction.
• Turning repeat setups into reusable playbooks, templates, and starter packs for similar customers.
• Feeding customer insight back to the Zunou product team: what's confusing, what's missing, what's working.

Qualifications

• A go-getter who takes initiative.
• Experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or consulting is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
• Ability to map a business process quickly and explain it back simply.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confidence running client calls and workshops with managers and founders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort learning new software fast.

Requirements

• Writing prompts, system instructions, or AI agent configurations.
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Jira, Asana, or Google Workspace, and with migrating teams off them.
• Basic technical literacy: APIs, integrations, webhooks.
• Japanese language ability.
• Experience in a startup or early-stage product team.
