[Hiring] Brand Growth Manager @Trybe

Role Description

We're looking for a Brand Growth Manager to help expand Trybe's presence in Australia. You'll work closely with our leadership and Brand Growth team to identify high-potential brands, develop growth strategies, and build long-term relationships. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and the opportunity to take on greater leadership responsibilities as the Australian business grows.

• Identify high-potential brands and opportunities to grow Trybe's presence in Australia.
• Build and execute growth strategies to help brands scale their creator programs and paid media performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand founders, marketing teams, and key decision-makers.
• Lead product demos, discovery calls, and ongoing strategic conversations with brands.
• Drive new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve brand performance, retention, and growth.
• Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities to expand Trybe's presence in the Australian market.
• Contribute to building and scaling the Australian business as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Based in Australia with authorization to work locally.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or brand partnerships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence leading calls, demos, and presentations.
• Proven ability to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong commercial judgment and an interest in helping brands grow.
• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, paid media, or the creator economy is a plus.
