Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to help grow our business in Italy as part of our expansion across Europe. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll take ownership of the sales process, from identifying prospects and opening conversations to negotiating and closing deals.

You’ll bring proven experience in selling creator economy solutions or digital marketing services, alongside strong knowledge of the Italian market. We’re looking for someone who understands how local brands and agencies buy, can confidently engage decision-makers, and has a track record of generating new business revenue.

• Identify and win new business with brands and agencies in Italy
• Generate opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposals, negotiation, and closing
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their marketing objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop pitches and proposals tailored to client needs
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide reliable forecasts
• Take ownership of sales targets and drive new business revenue
• Use local market knowledge to identify opportunities and shape our approach in Italy
• Stay up to date with trends in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and the creator economy

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales or business development within the creator economy or digital marketing services
• A proven track record of winning new clients, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets
• Strong local expertise in Italy, including knowledge of the brand and agency landscape, buying processes, and business culture
• Experience independently managing the full sales cycle
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated, and resilient approach to business development
• Commercial thinking and the ability to connect client needs with relevant solutions
• Fluent Italian and English

Requirements

• You have an established network of brand or agency decision-makers in Italy
• You’ve successfully sold influencer marketing, branded content, social media, or other digital marketing services
• You enjoy opening doors and building lasting client relationships
• You’re comfortable working independently while collaborating with international teams
• You’re organised, accountable, and motivated by measurable results
