Role Description

Boundless is looking for an experienced promotional products professional to join our Inside Sales Support team. This client-facing role works closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support the sales process from initial inquiry through order fulfillment. Reporting to a senior member of the sales team, this individual will help manage day-to-day client needs, coordinate projects, and ensure a positive client experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural problem solver, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing project updates, and coordinating with the senior sales lead to ensure client needs are met.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather project details, understand their needs, and provide ongoing support.
• Partner with the account team to develop quotes, proposals, and product recommendations for clients.
• Assess client needs and identify appropriate products and solutions.
• Enter and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop virtual product specifications and resolve order challenges.
• Work closely with account team members, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth order coordination and fulfillment.
• Review orders, verify details, facilitate proof approvals, track order statuses, and ensure shipments arrive as scheduled.
• Answer client questions, resolve issues, and ensure accurate client billing.
• Prepare and maintain ongoing reports as needed.
• Assist with invoice approvals and addressing outstanding payments.
• Maintain industry and product knowledge by attending trade shows as requested.
• Provide administrative and sales support as needed.
• Light business travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Relevant promotional products industry experience required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with experience communicating directly with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally.
• Creative, natural problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment, and work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to learn new systems and applications.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Knowledge of NetSuite a plus.
• Graphic design skills preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
