Role Description

The OneLenovo TruScale Channel SE will be responsible for selling best-in-class consumption-based offerings (Client and Data Center) through the Lenovo Solution Provider community of partners. You will be responsible for driving rapid business growth in the U.S. This is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career and expand your skillset.

The OneLenovo TruScale Channel SE will orchestrate partner needs and bring the very best partner experience tied to TruScale engagements. This is a partner-facing sales role; industry sales experience, the ability to identify consultative engagements, and close net new business expertise is required. We are looking for a channel seller with a proven track record to take their career and our TruScale business to the next level.

The candidate will be expected to attain sales revenue goals, drive TruScale awareness and education, and demonstrate the ability to take initiative and provide leadership in a growing business. While this position is fully remote, the assigned territory is the East Coast. We are seeking candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone to support customer and partner engagement, collaboration, and travel throughout the region.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience
• At least 5 years of successful Client & Data Center technology service sales experience is required

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of “as a Service” models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Consumption-based sales experience in SaaS, DaaS, or IaaS
• Understanding of Subscription/Lease financial solutions
• Experience with MS Dynamics
• Proven success in proactively building new business
• A strategic mindset and sound business acumen are required, along with effective decision-making and partner management skills
• Excellent communication, both oral and written, and strong presentation skills
• Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines
• Proven ability to operate with a high level of professionalism, entrepreneurialism, and agility
• Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization with a teaming attitude
• Ability to travel as needed

Benefits

• The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 123,060–188,646 USD
• Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations
