Role Description
We're seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to join a leading provider of commercial real estate photography and video services. In this role, you'll drive business growth through consistent outbound sales activities, connecting with potential clients who need premium visual content for their property marketing.
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outreach to commercial real estate professionals
- Effectively communicate service value while maintaining an organized sales pipeline from initial contact to closed deal
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a Sales Rep
Requirements
- You're a High-Volume Sales Professional:
- Thrive on making 50-100 outbound calls daily
- Maintain consistent energy and enthusiasm throughout repetitive tasks
- Follow sales scripts while adding appropriate personalization
- Persistently follow up with prospects until reaching a definitive outcome
- You're a CRM Power User:
- Document all client interactions with meticulous detail
- Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline
- Leverage CRM data to prioritize follow-up activities
- Generate insightful reports on sales activities and outcomes
- You're a Self-Motivated Achiever:
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Consistently meet or exceed activity targets
- Maintain focus and productivity in a remote environment
- Take ownership of your results and continuously improve
- You're a Relationship Builder:
- Quickly establish rapport with potential clients
- Ask insightful questions to understand client needs
- Effectively communicate the value of services offered
- Handle objections professionally and constructively
