Role Description
We're seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist on a full-time basis to drive our recruitment process and A+ talent with our client companies in a long-term, rewarding role with growth potential.
- Own the full recruitment cycle while finding ways to make it faster and better.
- Analyze client needs, create targeted job profiles, screen quality candidates, and manage placements.
- Use data to improve processes and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter.
- Proven experience in agency recruitment across diverse industries.
- Excel at remote hiring and virtual candidate assessment.
Requirements
- Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle by strategically thinking ahead.
- Make data-driven decisions independently with minimal guidance.
- Create and optimize hiring workflows.
- Leverage technology to improve efficiency.
- Proficient with Workable and other ATS platforms.
- Understand how to use technology to scale recruitment operations.
- Excited about scaling with a growing business.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate.
