Role Description

This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Founder & CEO in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a sales or startup environment
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and professionally
Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude

Requirements

Responsible for scheduling consultations and conducting follow-up calls to ensure leads are nurtured effectively
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a well-equipped home office setup

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments in alignment with sales goals.
Sales Support: Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Email & Communication Management: Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely correspondence with clients and team members.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
Project Management: Keep track of ongoing projects and deadlines for sales initiatives, ensuring the CEO is well informed.
Client Relations: Act as a liaison with clients and partners, ensuring a professional and streamlined communication process.
Process Improvement: Help implement systems and processes to improve efficiency in the sales workflow.
HubSpot and Data Management: Proficient in HubSpot to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.
General Administrative Tasks: Provide additional administrative support as needed to help the CEO focus on strategic sales objectives.
