Role Description
The Product Operations Analyst will research tasks in a proprietary platform to put healthcare administration on autopilot. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and prepared to work on a variety of projects.
- Performing and supporting automated data entry into various EMRs as part of R&D efforts.
- Complete Workflow Task utilizing scripts, information available in the Clients Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, knowledge artifacts or assistance from the Production Operations team.
- Review and update knowledge base articles to verify accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of deep experience working within electronic medical record systems.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts and/or Athena valued.
Requirements
- Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA compliant environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Fluent in English.
