Role Description
We're looking for an Automation Engineer to be a key player in our digital transformation journey!
- Combine AI, process improvement, data analysis, and system development to revolutionize how we work.
- Leverage skills in process engineering and automation to streamline operations, enhance workflows, and drive impactful change.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using AI, no-code and low-code platforms.
- Manage data architecture and governance, overseeing data projects for better organization-wide efficiency.
- Plan and execute automation projects and campaigns, managing risk and ensuring smooth completion.
- Champion with teams across the company to uncover inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities.
- Act as a consultant, guiding the company in process optimization, automation adoption, and AI-driven strategies.
- Keep teams informed with status updates, project progress, and post-project analysis for continuous improvement.
- Explore and test new technologies to enhance team capabilities and elevate system performance.
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing.
- Comfortable and enjoy speaking with international teams.
- Strong interest in AI and its endless possibilities.
- Expertise in Coda.io, Zapier, Hubspot, APIs and/or SQL.
- Experience in process engineering, automation, or full-stack development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personal working laptop or desktop computer.
- Reliable internet speed (at least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed).
