Role Description
This role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their clinical and business needs and delivering tailored product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of Hi Rasmus's solutions.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their clinical and business needs.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the benefits of Hi Rasmus's solutions.
- Provide clinical expertise and insights during sales conversations, addressing questions from clinicians and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Hi Rasmus platform, staying up to date on new features and updates.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team by focusing on clinical aspects while they manage pricing, negotiations, and deal execution.
- Support research, prospecting, and lead generation efforts to drive new business opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams (product development, customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, competitor offerings, and emerging needs of ABA providers.
- Represent Hi Rasmus at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the ABA industry, with BCBA certification preferred.
- Deep understanding of ABA data collection methods and the challenges faced by ABA providers.
- Proficiency with technology and a willingness to continually learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with a passion for improving ABA and related practices through technology.
- Preferred: Experience with Hi Rasmus or other ABA data collection platforms.
Requirements
- Fully remote (Preferred EST/CST)
- Full-time position
- Compensation: $80,000 annually
