📌What You’ll Do
✅ Lead and scale the engineering team (currently 10+ team members) as the company grows, ensuring high performance, effective hiring, and professional development.
✅ Own execution velocity—optimize workflows, ensure accountability, and drive on-time delivery of technical initiatives.
✅ Oversee the architecture of our platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security as we grow.
✅ Implement engineering best practices, balancing delivery speed and quality in a fast-moving environment.
✅ Work closely with leadership in Product, Design, and Business teams to align technical efforts with company strategy.
✅ Foster a culture of high-quality engineering, maintaining a scalable, reliable, and maintainable system.

🌟 Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to align teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.
🌟 Experience with our tech stack is a plus:
Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Firebase, Firestore, Node.js, Vue 3, Quasar (cross-platform PWA – web, iOS, Android), Stripe, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines and automations, as well as internal tools Confluence and Jira.
🌟 A mindset of ownership and accountability—you ensure teams deliver high-quality features on time.
