Role Description
This role involves being a Conga Lead Sales Engineer, an exciting opportunity to help drive continued growth for an innovative, rapidly growing enterprise software company.
- Partner with sales counterparts to learn about customers' businesses and challenges.
- Align solutions to address customer challenges and transform their business.
- Set both sides up for long-term success within a shaping market.
- Significant career advancement potential commensurate with contributions to the Conga Presales organization.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience as a pre-sales engineer for an enterprise Quote to Cash, SaaS, or other software application.
- Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations.
- Strong computer skills including salesforce.com, Google Apps, MS Office, and web presentation tools.
- Demonstrable experience of extending force.com applications on the force.com platform.
- Experience working with APIs is advantageous.
Requirements
- Conduct discovery workshops with customers to learn about their company, industry, and market.
- Map customer data to unique Conga solutions to create compelling product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners.
- Results-oriented mindset that blends initiative with teamwork.
- Experience collaborating with systems integrators is highly regarded.
- Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative to achieve goals.
- Ability and willingness to travel for in-person meetings, marketing events, and conferences.
