Role Description
As a Sr Financial Analyst at Conga, you’ll execute and maintain processes supporting our financial outlook, reporting, and analytics needs. You’ll also develop relationships across the organization to become a trusted partner, providing strategic support and insights on best practices and strategic investments.

- Provide strategic support and insights
Qualifications
- Experience in FP&A, analytics, management consulting, or related fields
- Ability to create robust financial analyses, models, reports, and dashboards
- Proficient in conveying findings through PowerPoint presentations and analytical writing
Requirements
- Initiative to understand business needs and challenges
- Ability to form quality recommendations based on knowledge and data
- Quality-oriented with good processes to minimize errors
- Resourceful and collaborative, utilizing various resources to solve problems
- Experience with FP&A relational databases and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (master’s preferred)
- Understanding of the Software as a Service industry and/or Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM)
