Role Description
This role involves developing and managing affiliate sales strategies in the iGaming industry.
- Development and implementation of affiliate growth strategy in particular GEO
- Analysis of competitive programs and offering unique offers
- Work with payout models and control of unit economics
- Searching and attracting new partners: teams, webmasters, networks
- Conducting negotiations, presentations, concluding individual terms
- Retaining and scaling current key partners
- Participation in conferences (iGB, SIGMA, CPA Life, MAC, etc.)
- Control of payments, incentive schemes, promotions and bonuses
- Performance analysis: FTD, CR, ARPU, ROI, CAC
- Working with BI and performance reporting
- Fraud monitoring and compliance
- Integration of tracking systems: Affise, Everflow, Income Access, HasOffers, etc.
- Working with Postback, S2S, API
- Recruitment and management of affiliate managers (as we scale)
- Setting up internal processes, onboarding, training
- KPI planning and control
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate sales in iGaming
- Experience with grey/black traffic schemes
- Presence of your own network or base of active partners
- Deep understanding of unit economics of affiliate marketing
- Knowledge of tools: CRM, BI, Telegram bots, etc.
- At least Intermediate English level
