Role Description
We are looking for a strategic sales leader to drive growth in the BFSI sector in India, with a focus on acquiring, leading, and developing major accounts within select financial services institutions in West India.
- Acquire, lead, and develop major accounts within select strategic BFSI accounts in West India
- Establish and maintain executive relationships, positioning Skyflow as a key strategic partner
- Conduct effective C-level presentations, driving sales planning and accurate business forecasting
- Navigate complex procurement and regulatory challenges to drive deal execution
- Establish and expand relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth
- Manage long, consultative sales cycles and close multi-year, high-value deals
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and executive teams to win key accounts
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consistently exceeding quota
- Proven success selling into strategic BFSI accounts in India
- Strong executive relationships in banking, insurance, and fintech
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements like DPDP, RBI, and IRDAI mandates
- Experience working with channel partners and a channel-centric go-to-market approach
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for engaging clients and internal teams
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills to manage complex deal cycles
- Deep understanding of technology integrations and product complexities
