Role Description

As a senior data Scientist, you will hold a crucial position within our dynamic team, actively contributing to thrilling projects that reshape data analytics for our clients, providing them with a competitive advantage in their respective industries.

Work with business partners to understand informational needs, gather requirements and dive into data to create insights, ultimately driving sound business decisions.
Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytical and optimization techniques to solve business problems.
Establish key performance tracking metrics for deployed models and solutions and monitor ongoing solution performance.
Explore and implement semantic data capabilities through Natural Language Processing, text analysis and machine learning techniques.
Conduct research on data model optimization and algorithms to improve effectiveness and accuracy.
Present recommendations from complex analysis to business partners in clear and actionable form, influencing the future.
Collaborate with counterparts in business, engineering, and science to find impactful solutions to business problems.
Develop efficient and scalable models.
Apply and/or develop statistical modeling techniques (such as deep neural networks and Bayesian models), optimization methods and other ML techniques.
Train and mentor junior data scientists.

Qualifications

Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related field with 5+ Years of industry experience.
Solid foundation utilizing machine learning algorithms to develop predictive analytics solutions.
Experience working with cloud Data science offerings (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive services, etc.).
Strong Python skills with hands-on experience on Pandas, NumPy and other data related libraries.
Self-start with the ability to learn, adapt, improvise, and problem solve with poise in a rapidly changing environment.
Exhibit strong planning and organization, excellent initiative, the ability to delegate tasks effectively, and well-honed interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong team player and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Growth mindset - ability to learn and take initiative to keep up with the latest technology.
Experience of working in Agile ways of working using Jira, confluence etc.
Experience working with Generative-AI, LLMS, prompt engineering.
Experience working directly with stakeholders with analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Experience Desired

Good Software Engineering Background.
Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight etc.
Experience in working with huge datasets in a production environment.
