Role Description
This role involves product management at 3Pillar, focusing on crafting cutting-edge technologies that revolutionize industries. The Scrum Product Owner will be a key member of the global team, working directly with US clients on mission-critical engagements.
- Ensure the development team is consistently fed with high-quality stories.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements.
- Write and prioritize user stories.
- Ensure the delivery team clearly understands the what and the why of what we’re building.
- Partner with global delivery teams and the Client Services team to support delivery execution efforts.
- Consult with clients on business challenges.
- Deliver best-of-breed products using Agile practices.
- Drive growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Scrum Product Owner.
- 3+ years of experience working with technical teams, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years Consulting experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and clients.
- Ability to complete complex tasks on short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in various requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques.
- Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies.
- Prior knowledge building and executing test plans and cases for data transformation.
- Proficient with data analysis tools.
Requirements
- Work with the Product Manager to deliver the highest priority features on the product roadmap.
- Assist in the development of sprint and deployment plans aligned to the product’s go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Manager(s) to gather and monitor data on product usage.
- Work with multiple-track design and development agile teams that are geographically dispersed.
- Document requirements and acceptance criteria for features, epics, and stories.
- Own the backlog and maintain consistent prioritization of work.
- Attend and actively participate in ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review/demo, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Design Research to lead ongoing user interviews and usability tests.
- Report on initiative health and risks, triaging issues when needed.
- Work with internal stakeholders to capture relevant requirements and priorities.
