Role Description

This position allows for remote work, and the candidate does not necessarily need to be located in Boise or come onsite. Responsibilities include:

• Issue purchase requests
• Get quotes from vendors
• Update project documents
• Help source parts needed for the project
• Collaborate with project manager in planning and organizing project activities
• Support project manager with document and information management
• Lead the customer document submittal process
• Support project manager with processing invoices, POs, and expenditure reports
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of project team members
• Support compliance with internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous project administrative experience in an engineering, construction, or technical office preferred
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and preferably Google Suite applications
• Drive safety, quality, and excellence in all aspects of work
• Ability to work independently without supervision and depend on oneself to get things done
