Role Description
This role involves leading and executing multiple projects for our enterprise client, ensuring delivery meets scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Maintain transparency on project status, risks, and issues while driving governance and risk mitigation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, business partners, and clients.
- Coordinate teams across traditional projects, objectives and key results (OKRs), Scrum Sprints, and product/maintenance backlogs.
- Build, maintain, and communicate roadmaps, capacity plans, and other agile metrics about the projects.
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Make informed and strategic decisions when evaluating multiple pathways for project advancement.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicate with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain expected standards.
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the TMC and/or Hospitality sectors
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities in fast-paced environments
- Solid analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Deep understanding of travel operations, including associated tools and processes
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with assertiveness and patience to navigate challenging situations
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
Requirements
- Travel Requirement: Estimated 10%–15%, subject to business needs
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Required
- Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) - a Plus
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) - a Plus
