Role Description
We're seeking the first hire for Valinor’s Capture and Proposal team. The Capture and Proposal Writer is a critical hire that will lead our proposal strategy and written response efforts for multiple product companies.
- Lead Valinor’s go-to-market document development:
- You’re the primary author and cross-functional team quarterback for the wide range of written content required to take our product companies from 0-1 (white papers, formal proposals, marketing materials, etc.)
- Develop the capture and response framework:
- You will establish and own the process for Valinor’s inbound opportunity organization, evaluation and response with a suite of in-house and third-party tools.
- Work with Growth and Builders:
- You will join external engagements and internal product scoping efforts - and be responsible for translating a wide range of user needs and technical solutions into digestible content.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proposal writing experience for U.S. Government contract opportunities.
- Technologically curious and able to quickly understand a wide range of products, including both software and hardware.
- Strong creativity and writing skills to translate early concepts into written and visual artifacts.
- Passion for the mission and desire to make the world a better place.
Requirements
- This role requires the candidate be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance at the SECRET level.
