Role Description
We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced psychiatrists with native Lithuanian fluency, advanced English proficiency, and strong expertise in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, case documentation, and culturally informed mental-health practice to contribute to advanced AI training and evaluation initiatives.
Selected professionals will:

Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies

Review AI-generated reasoning in mental-health contexts

Create bilingual psychiatric materials

Provide expert feedback grounded in clinical practice, cultural sensitivity, and ethical standards
Qualifications

Medical degree such as MD, MBBS, or equivalent

Completed psychiatry residency

Valid medical licence

Native fluency in Lithuanian

Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English

Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment and treatment planning

Strong background in psychiatric case documentation

Experience working within Lithuanian clinical settings

Strong understanding of culturally informed mental-health practice

Ability to apply ethical reasoning to complex psychiatric scenarios

Familiarity with both Western and Lithuanian psychiatric frameworks

Experience developing teaching materials, case studies, or research content

Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience collaborating across clinical, research, technology, or digital-health teams is advantageous

No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required
Requirements

Independent contractor engagement

Fully remote

Compensation: $100β$200/hour

Work will involve psychiatric case development, clinical assessment review, bilingual content development, AI evaluation, and expert annotation

Native Lithuanian fluency and advanced English proficiency are central to this engagement

Professional psychiatric training and completed residency are required

A valid medical licence is required

Assignments may involve psychiatric case studies, evaluation frameworks, bilingual materials, and mental-health reasoning tasks

Contributors will work with interdisciplinary teams while applying independent clinical judgement
