Role Description

We’re seeking practicing clinicians with direct experience in outpatient and community-based healthcare settings to share their perspective on how patient care is delivered outside traditional inpatient hospital environments. The interview focuses on the practical realities of outpatient clinical workflows, including:

• Your typical clinical workflow in an outpatient or community-based setting
• How you organize and manage routine patient care delivery
• The steps involved in coordinating care and managing day-to-day clinical responsibilities
• Common operational challenges, bottlenecks, and workflow constraints
• Hypothetical outpatient and community-based care scenarios
• How real-world clinical workflows can vary depending on the situation

Qualifications

• Currently practicing as a clinician in an outpatient or community-based setting
• Direct experience managing patient care delivery workflows
• Strong understanding of the operational realities of outpatient medical practice
• Comfortable discussing clinical workflows and professional experiences in a remote interview
• Ability to participate in a remote video session from a quiet environment

Requirements

• Fully remote
• Independent contractor engagement
• Participation can be completed on your own schedule
